Yes. Every set that is available on the e-shop is physically in our stock and ready to ship. We do not sell from external warehouses.

Yes. We photograph real items, not illustrative images. You are purchasing exactly the box displayed with the product.

For sets that we have in multiple units, the box condition is comparable. If you want to choose a specific piece or you care about collector condition, contact us before ordering – we will gladly send you current photos and a description of the condition of individual boxes.

The box condition always corresponds to what you see in the photos. If the set has any note regarding condition (e.g., minor dent or manufacturing packaging defect), we always inform you in advance in the product description.

Each set is packed individually and carefully in sturdy shipping boxes with sufficient protection. For collector sets, we consider the box part of the value and do everything possible to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Yes. Write to us or call us and we will gladly send detailed photos or additional information about a specific set. We prefer open communication over unpleasant surprises after delivery.

Yes. All sets are new, unopened and originally sealed (MISB – Mint in Sealed Box), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment is received, usually the next business day. You will always be informed about shipment by email.
