    Terms and Conditions

    Valid from 11 February 2026

    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the trader:

    (hereinafter the "Seller")

    govern, in accordance with § 1751 para. 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code), the mutual rights and obligations arising between the Seller and the buyer ("Buyer") when concluding a purchase contract via the online shop at:

    www.bricklabs.cz

    I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    1. These Terms form an integral part of every purchase contract concluded through the e-shop.

    2. The purchase contract is concluded in the Czech language.

    3. The purchase contract is concluded remotely via the web interface of the e-shop.

    4. The wording of the Terms may be amended; however, any amendment shall not apply to contracts already concluded.

    II. NATURE OF THE GOODS SOLD

    1. The Seller specialises in the sale of LEGO® construction sets, primarily of a collector's nature.

    2. The construction sets sold are collector's items. The value of the Goods is significantly affected by their completeness and the condition of the original box.

    3. The original box (packaging) is part of the Goods and constitutes one of its main characteristics.

    4. Each product listing states the box condition, which forms part of the product description and is reflected in the price.

    III. BOX CONDITION RATING (BRICKLABS BOX GRADE)

    The Seller uses the following classification:

    A+

    Perfect condition. Sharp edges, no dents, no scratches, no fading.

    A / A-

    Very good to good condition. Minor corner dents or light edge wear.

    B

    More visible dents, larger corner damage or cardboard damage.

    C

    Significant box damage (tears, major deformations).

    The box condition is assessed individually for each item and corresponds to the specific photographs shown on the product listing.

    The Buyer purchases the exact item depicted in the photographs.

    IV. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

    1. The presentation of goods on the e-shop is for informational purposes only.

    2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

    3. The Buyer is obliged to provide truthful and accurate information.

    4. The Seller reserves the right to decline to confirm an order, in particular in the event of an obvious pricing error.

    V. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

    1. The price is stated inclusive of VAT.

    2. The Buyer also pays the cost of shipping.

    3. Payment is possible by:

      • bank transfer

      • online card payment

    4. Ownership passes to the Buyer upon payment of the full purchase price and receipt of the Goods.

    VI. DELIVERY OF GOODS

    1. Goods are delivered within the Czech Republic.

    2. Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the condition of the shipping packaging.

    3. If the shipment is visibly damaged, it is recommended not to accept it.

    VII. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT (CONSUMER)

    1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the Goods.

    2. The notice of withdrawal must be sent within the 14-day period.

    3. The Goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.

    SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR COLLECTOR'S GOODS

    The Buyer acknowledges that for collector's Goods, the box (packaging) is an integral part of the product and its condition materially affects the value of the Goods.

    When returning Goods, the box must not be damaged, dented, torn, taped, written on, or otherwise degraded beyond what is necessary for a normal inspection.

    If the Goods are returned with a damaged box or incomplete, the Buyer is liable for any diminution in the value of the Goods.

    The Seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the amount corresponding to the diminution in value against the Buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price.

    This provision does not in any way restrict the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract; it governs only the liability for diminution in the value of the Goods.

    VIII. COMPLAINTS AND RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTS

    1. The Seller warrants that the Goods are free from defects at the time of receipt.

    2. For collector's Goods, any condition that corresponds to the stated box condition is not considered a defect.

    3. Complaints are to be submitted by e-mail to info@bricklabs.cz.

    4. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.

    IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. Minor manufacturing imperfections of the box (e.g. minor print defects caused by the manufacturer) are not considered defects.

    2. Colour variations caused by monitor display settings are not considered defects.

    3. The value of collector's Goods may change over time and the Seller is not responsible for future market price developments.

    X. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Out-of-court dispute resolution is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

    XI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

    The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, "Privacy Policy", available on the website.

    XII. FINAL PROVISIONS

    1. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

    2. If any provision is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

    3. These Terms are archived in electronic form and are not publicly accessible outside the e-shop website.
