Complaints and returns

How can you return or make a complaint about your goods?

The return period is 14 days.

  • from the day you receive the goods
  • from the day you receive the last delivery of goods if the contract includes several types of goods or delivery in several parts
  • from the day you receive the first delivery of goods if the contract includes regular repeated deliveries

To return the goods, you must also include the Withdrawal from Contract Form.

And also the Complaint Claim Form.
